Stronghold Flex shipping Explained

Orders must be delivered by an OMMA licensed transporter agent to our Shipping Hub, conveniently located in South Oklahoma City just 1 mile from the Historic Stockyards!

Each order must be accompanied by each of the following upon arrival to our main Shipping Hub:

• Pre-printed shipping label from the Stronghold Shipping Portal
• 2 copies of an OMMA compliant invoice
• 3 copies of an OMMA compliant manifest (One inside the box, 2 outside the box ready for our drivers)

Orders should be properly packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with shipping label securely attached. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that other types of shipping containers will be returned. Stronghold will not be responsible for any damages caused by improper packing.

Order content MUST match the invoice/manifest exactly. OMMA regulations do not allow for any handwritten changes to the product list section of the manifest. Orders containing more, less or different product than shown on the manifest must be returned to shipper for correction. Freight charges will apply to the attempted delivery, as well as the redelivery once corrected.

Payment can be made upon drop-off at our facility, or upon pickup of collected funds. Any orders marked as “terms” or “no-collect” must be paid for at time of drop-off. A processing fee of $3.50 per order will be added to credit card payments.

Upon receipt at our facility, Stronghold's friendly dispatch staff will contact your customer via phone, text and/or email and schedule delivery at your customers earliest convenience.

Real-time updates for each order, as well as history for all shipped orders is available on your personal password protected customer portal at www.strongholdshipping.com

Payment collections are guaranteed to match the customer provided invoice. 

Stronghold will not offer or extend credit unless specifically stated on the invoice.

Payments collected (cash or check) and original signed manifests will be available for pickup 48 business hours after delivery.

In the event of a customer redeliver request, one additional attempt will be made at no additional charge. If second attempt is unsuccessful, order will be returned to our facility to be picked up or reprocessed for delivery (additional shipping charges apply). Freight charge will be the same as if successfully delivered.

In the event of a customer refusal (that is not the fault of Stronghold Transportation), the order will be returned to our facility to be picked up. Freight charge will be the same as if successfully delivered.

All orders in the care of Stronghold Transportation are insured for full manufacturers cost against loss, damage, theft and vandalism. Stronghold is not responsible for loss due to acts of God or government seizures due to the Federal stance on cannabis and cannabis products.
